For four-column hydraulic presses, the viscosity of hydraulic oil has a great impact on the working state of a machine. So, what impact does the viscosity of hydraulic oil have on the working of the hydraulic system?

Viscosity is one of the most important performance indicators of hydraulic oil. Whether it is reasonable or not has a significant impact on the movement stability, working reliability and sensitivity of the hydraulic machine factory system, system efficiency, power consumption, cavitation phenomenon, temperature rise and wear. For example, when the viscosity of hydraulic oil is high, the flow resistance of the hydraulic oil will increase and the flow rate will slow down; and the consumption of r power will be increased due to friction loss; the pressure drop will be increased on the valves and pipelines, thereby reducing the efficiency of the system. It will also increase the oil temperature and cause leakage due to the intensification of friction. If the hydraulic viscosity is low, leakage loss will inevitably aggravate, and the oil film between the moving parts will rupture, and the wear of the guide parts will be accelerated.

What should be paid attention to when using a four-column hydraulic press:
