Pump drive problems: Failure of the drive motor of the hydraulic pump, slipping of the transmission belt or damage to the coupling will cause the pump to fail to operate normally or the speed is insufficient, which will affect the pump's output flow and pressure. The set pressure of the relief valve is too low: the set pressure of the relief valve determines the maximum working pressure of the system. If the set value is too low, the system pressure cannot be raised to the required value.   The damage to the hydraulic valve parts during daily production and use of hydraulic presses is usually caused by the following reasons: 1.
