Hazards of excessive temperature of servo hydraulic press

1. The temperature of the servo hydraulic press itself is too high, which reduces the viscosity of the oil and the leakage increase, and the efficiency of the system and the capacity base of the pump will be reduced. The oil film of moving parts such as slide valves will become thinner and produces greater friction resistance, resulting in increased wear and affects the inability to operate the machine.

2. The temperature of the equipment is too high, causing it to deform itself. Different moving parts in the hydraulic components have different degrees of thermal expansion, which will cause jamming due to the small gap between them at the same time, thus reducing the working efficiency of the servo hydraulic press.

3. Excessive temperature causes the service life of hydraulic oil to be greatly reduced, blocking the gap between the small holes, causing the pressure valve to not work normally.

4. Excessive temperature rise causes the rubber seal to deform, accelerate the aging degree, and cause leakage.

5. The excessive temperature reduces the air separation pressure of the oil, resulting in a decrease in the working performance of the hydraulic system.　　

Therefore, we must inspect and adjust the servo hydraulic press according to the different load requirements. Also use appropriate hydraulic oil, such as the viscosity of the oil. If you can choose one with lower viscosity, you must also improve the movement conditions, which can greatly reduce the losses caused by friction and can also effectively reduce load and heat generation. Of course, the accuracy of hydraulic components and hydraulic systems must also be enhanced.
