1.1. The purpose and advantages of the machine:
1.1.1. This machine is suitable for precision hot forging, cold forging, and extrusion forming processes of various round rods and plates such as stainless steel, IGBT copper-based, aluminum alloy, etc., and for precision punching, blanking, punching, bending, flanging, and correction and leveling of various metal materials and plastic materials. Widely used in military industry, deep sea, aviation, aerospace, new energy, photovoltaics, household appliances, automobile and motorcycle accessories, hardware and other industries.
1.2. Machine advantages (special) points:
1.2.1. The machine has an independent hydraulic system and an electrical control system, which can realize three working methods: manual adjustment and semi-automatic and automatic. Each working state can realize two types of pressing methods: accurate displacement schedule and precise fixed pressure.
1.2.2. The machine uses ultra-high pressure wire winding technology to greatly reduce its weight and volume, which saves costs and reduces operating area, and reduces transportation costs and installation costs.
1.2.3. The sealing of the main cylinder of the machine improves the sealing life due to the internationally advanced combined sealing or metal expansion ring sealing technology.
1.2.4. In order to improve their strength and rigidity, the machine's sliders and workbenches are thickened 45# or 50# forgings, and the sliders and workbenches have been tempered, thereby improving the anti-extrusion ability of the tabletop when pressing smaller workpieces and preventing them from deforming.
1.2.5. The machine quickly goes downward during work, using liquid filling technology, which improves production efficiency and saves energy.
1.2.6. The four-angle X-shaped four-sided guide rail is precision guided, with the angle of the inclined surface of the guide rail being 45°. The guide rail is embedded in the column as a whole to ensure the guide accuracy and anti-load capacity of the guide rail, and an automatic lubrication system is adopted.
1.2.7. The hydraulic system adopts a servo control system to greatly save energy and reduce machine noise.
1.2.8. High repeat positioning accuracy: the no-load repeat displacement accuracy can reach ±0.01mm.
1.2.9. Energy saving: Compared with traditional similar models, energy saving is 15%-30%. Especially under high power and long reactive power savings are more obvious, which can reach more than 50%.
1.2.10. Silence: 5-15Db lower than similar machines, and the noise during production is low, greatly reducing noise damage to the human ears.
1.2.11. Accurate pressure: The servo hydraulic system control can meet the requirements of speed and pressure changes in different processes. Under constant temperature, the pressure error is 0.2%-1%fs, and the movement is more stable.

The machine is semi-automatically operated as follows: (the discharge cylinder is at the lower limit) The pressing cylinder is lifted upward (time message) → the slider goes down quickly (stroke message) → the slider is pressed slowly (pressure message, stroke detection) → the pressure hold (time message) → the pressure relief (pressure message) → the slider returns (stroke message) → the slider stops (stroke message) → the pressing cylinder is lifted up (time message) → the pressing cylinder is lifted up (time message) → the cutting cylinder is lifted up (time message) → the cutting cylinder is lifted (time message) → the cutting cylinder is returned (time message) → the cutting cylinder is returned → the cutting cylinder is returned → stop (take the workpiece, and one cycle ends).
