WDR19-10000DS ultra-high pressure servo precision CNC hot and cold forging hydraulic press

1.1. The purpose and advantages of the machine:
1.1.1. This machine is suitable for precision hot forging, cold forging and extrusion molding processes of stainless steel, IGBT copper base, aluminum and other round bars and plates, precision blanking, blanking, punching, bending, flanging of various metal materials and plastic materials, as well as correction and leveling of large structural parts. Widely used in military industry, deep sea, aviation, aerospace, new energy, photovoltaic, household appliances, automobile and motorcycle accessories, hardware and other industries.
1.2. Machine advantages (features):
1.2.1. The machine has independent hydraulic system and electrical control system, which can realize manual adjustment, semi-automatic and automatic working modes. Each working state can realize two pressing methods: precise displacement and fixed range and precise fixed pressure.
1.2.2. Due to the ultra-high-pressure steel wire winding technology of the machine, its weight and volume are greatly reduced, which saves costs and reduces the working area, and reduces transportation costs and installation costs.
1.2.3. The sealing life of the main oil cylinder of the machine is improved by adopting internationally advanced combined sealing or metal expansion ring sealing technology.
1.2.4. In order to improve the strength and rigidity of the machine, the slider and worktable are made of thickened 45# or 50# material, and the slider and worktable have been tempered, thereby improving the anti-extrusion ability of the table and preventing deformation when pressing smaller workpieces.
1.2.5. The machine uses hydraulic technology to quickly move down during work, which improves production efficiency and saves energy.
1.2.6. The four-corner X-shaped four-sided guide rail is used for precision guidance. The guide rail guide slope angle is 45°. The guide rail is integrally embedded on the column to ensure the guide rail's guidance accuracy and anti-eccentric load ability. It also adopts an automatic lubrication system. (The lower part of the slider moving guide rail should be lengthened appropriately without affecting the slider stroke and opening)
1.2.7. The hydraulic system adopts servo control system, which greatly saves energy. Reduces machine noise.
1.2.8. High repeat positioning accuracy: the no-load repeat displacement accuracy can reach ±0.02mm.
1.2.9. Energy saving: compared with traditional similar models, energy saving reaches 15%-30%. Especially under high power and long reactive time conditions, the power saving is more obvious, up to more than 50%.
1.2.10. Silent: 5-15Db lower than similar machines. The noise during production is low, which greatly reduces the noise damage to human ears.
1.2.11. Precise pressure: It adopts servo hydraulic system control, which can meet the changing requirements of different processes for speed and pressure. Under constant temperature, the pressure error is 0.2%-1%t, and the movement is smoother and more subtle.

1.4. The machine"s semi-automatic action is as follows:

(The front and rear outer ejector cylinders are at the lower limit, and the center ejector cylinder is at the lower limit) The mold transfer workbench is parked outside the workbench → place the parts → the mold transfer workbench moves into the machine workbench (stroke signal) → the four compression cylinders press down and maintain pressure → the master cylinder moves down quickly (stroke signal) → the master cylinder slowly presses down (pressure signal, stroke detection) → the master cylinder maintains pressure (time signal) → pressure relief (pressure signal) → the master cylinder slowly returns (stroke signal) → main cylinder Cylinder quick return (stroke signal) → center ejector cylinder ejection (time signal) → center ejector cylinder retreat (time signal) → four pressing cylinders return → four guide ejector cylinders on the mold transfer table to lift it → mold transfer work The table runs to the outside of the workbench (fast rotation and slow rotation) → stop (stroke signaling) → ejection of the outer (front and rear) ejector cylinder (pressure signaling) → pick up the parts → return of the outer (front and rear) ejector cylinder (pressure signaling) → place the parts.
