1. Application
This machine is a special machine designed for the hot press bending process in the hot forging industry.The machine is controlled by a proportional hydraulic system and a CNC electrical system to drive the hydraulic cylinder.The pressure and stroke of the machine can be displayed and set digitally on the touch screen.The machine has manual mold adjustment and semi-automatic modes.

2. Mechanical Action Description Mechanical Action Description
There are 2 working modes: manual and semi-automatic.
Manual:Each cylinder can be operated independently.

Semi-automatic: Press the two-hand start button and the machine can automatically complete all actions once.

The semi-automatic action sequence is as follows：
Pressing two-hand buttons, main cylinder push-out (reach main cylinder pressure) side cylinder push-out simultaneously(reach side cylinder pressure) main cylinder return (main cylinder return in place) side cylinder return (side cylinder return in place) lower cylinder push-out (lower cylinder push-out in place) standstill (reach standstill time) lower cylinder return (lower cylinder return in place) end.
