1) Equipment usage and basic requirements
1.1 This equipment is mainly used for blank pressing of internal cooling oil channel molded salt core of diesel engine piston, meeting the pressing forming of internal cooling oil channel molded salt core with an outer diameter of ∮70-∮170mm and a height of no more than 28mm and a special-shaped salt core of 110mm cylinder bore piston.
1.2 This set of equipment is mainly composed of a two-way precision press molding hydraulic press, automatic powder-loading and anti-caking device, automatic material delivery robot, material delivery box anti-caking device, oil cooler, special mold frame, salt core press mold, stainless steel dustproof shell of the whole machine, etc.
★1.3 This set of equipment has functions such as one-way pressing, two-way pressing, manual pressing and prototyping multi-stage pressing, which can realize internal cooling oil
Precision pressing and automated production of salt cores.
1.4 The equipment meets the ability of short-term overload at least 30% (full load reaches or exceeds 2000KN).
1.5 Equipment operation process: Manually pour salt powder into the floor material silo, and the automatic powder filling device sends the salt powder into the salt powder silo above according to the instructions. The upper material silo has an instruction-controlled automatic stirring and a sensor for controlling the material level. According to the instructions, the powder is placed into the automatic material delivery robot box silo on the machine mold frame. The box silo is equipped with a controllable secondary stirring and anti-caking mechanism. The material delivery robot is sent to feed - return - host press - host return - robot automatically extends out the pickup part - forward - puts the part - automatic powder feeding and return - completes a fully automatic work.
1.6 The periphery of the main machine adopts a dedicated customized stainless steel sheet metal shell to prevent powder pollution and has a ventilation port for exhausting and dust removal. The sealed and dust-proof shell is made into a quick-removable and easy-to-install structure, making it easier to replace molds and clean and maintain the main machine.
★1.7 The equipment should fully consider the corrosion of salt powder.
Protective sleeves and protective covers are installed on columns, pistons and guide rails, and the hydraulic system is fully enclosed; all paints on the machine are made of anticorrosion paint, with flat paint, uniform thickness, and free of impurities; the metal surfaces in contact with the powder are made of stainless steel or hard chromium. To meet the application requirements of high-salt and high-dust environments.
Anti-leakage and anti-rust treatment: Install an anti-slip oil barrier on the upper cylinder slide to return oil to the oil tank to prevent oil leakage.
