Product Description
This production line is suitable for the bending, punching, blanking, calendering, stamping, forming and structural correction processes of steel and plastic materials.
This production line has an independent central control system, which can communicate with office computers to achieve remote control, and uses a touch screen to display displacement and product counting, and a touch screen + PLC + electronic displacement ruler combination, which is convenient for setting and controlling the upper limit of the slider, fast rotation, lower limit and pressure holding time. It can realize two working methods: manual adjustment and fully automatic. Each working state can realize two types of pressing methods: fixed pressure and fixed stroke. This line is equipped with fully automatic loading and unloading devices to realize automatic clamping and unloading of raw materials.
