1. Machine usage and working conditions:
1. This machine is suitable for cold extrusion, hot extrusion, punching, blanking, calendering, embossing, forming and structural correction processes of steel and plastic materials. The machine has an independent hydraulic system and electrical system, and uses a touch screen to display displacement and product counting, and a touch screen + PLC + grating ruler combination, which is convenient for setting and controlling the upper limit of the slider, fast rotation, lower limit and pressure holding time. It can realize two working methods: adjustment and automatic. Each working state can realize two types of pressing methods: fixed pressure and fixed stroke.

The machine has independent hydroulic and electrical systems, and uses a touch screen to display distribution and product counting. The combination of touch screen, PLC, and grating ruler makes it easy to set and control the upper limit, fast/slow rotation, lower limit, and holding time of the slider. It can achieve two working modes: adjustment and automatic. Each working state can achieve two pressing methods: constant pressure and constant stroke.
