Hazards of mixing moisture into the oil (1) After mixing a certain amount of water into the oil, the hydraulic oil will emulsify and become a white turbid state. If the hydraulic oil itself has poor anti-emulsification ability, after being stationary for a period of time, the moisture cannot be separated from the oil, making the oil always in a white and turbid state. This white emulsified oil enters the hydraulic system, which not only causes rust inside the hydraulic components, but also reduces its lubricating performance.
