Viscosity and precautions of hydraulic oil during use of four-column hydraulic press For four-column hydraulic presses, the viscosity of hydraulic oil has many great impacts on the working state of a machine. So, what impact does the viscosity of hydraulic oil have on the work of the hydraulic system? Viscosity is one of the most important performance indicators of hydraulic oil. Whether it is reasonable or not has a significant impact on the movement stability, working reliability and sensitivity of the hydraulic machine factory system, system efficiency, power consumption, cavitation phenomenon, temperature rise and wear. For example, when the viscosity of hydraulic oil is high, the flow resistance of the hydraulic oil will increase and the flow rate will slow down; and due to friction loss, the consumption of r power will increase; the pressure drop will be added to the valves and pipelines, thereby reducing the efficiency of the system, and the intensification of friction will increase the oil temperature and cause leakage. If the hydraulic viscosity is low, leakage loss will inevitably aggravate, and the oil film between the moving parts will rupture, and the wear of the guide parts will be accelerated.
